Where the 5 AM Club Begins
In the quiet of Anoor village in Tamil Nadu, where the mornings are misty and time feels unhurried, sits Hoysala Estate. Named after the ancient dynasty that once ruled this land, the estate has stood its ground since the late 1800s, tended by the same family for four generations.
Here, at elevations at 1100 MASL (metres above sea level), coffee grows in rhythm with the land. Intercropped with cardamom, the plants mature under a canopy of care and patience. It’s not just where the 5 AM Club is grown. It’s where it’s born: steady, grounded, and ready for the day.

Where do you source your coffee from?
We work with farms across India that grow with care and intention - no chemicals, no shortcuts. Every blend is thoughtfully crafted with traceable, sustainable origins, so what ends up in your cup is clean, honest, and delicious. How fresh is the coffee I receive?
All our coffee is roasted fresh in small batches and shipped within 1-2 days of roasting. You’ll find the roast date on every pack - so you’re always brewing at its peak flavour.
How should I choose the right coffee for me?
Each coffee is curated with a different flavor experience in mind - comforting, bold, juicy, or classic. Read the coffee description for flavour profiles or DM us on Instagram if you’re unsure. We’d love to recommend something based on your taste, brew method, or mood along with a good starting recipel.
Is your coffee ground or whole bean?
You get to choose! Each blend is available as whole beans, or ground specifically for your brew method - like pour-over, French press, moka pot, or home machine. Just select your preferred option from the product page.
Do you offer cold brew or easy-to-make options?
Yes! We’re working on ready-to-brew drip bags and cold brew bottles that make coffee easy and mess-free. For now, we do share simple recipes and brewing tips on our Instagram and blog so you can enjoy great coffee with whatever you have at home.
