Everything about a V60 Recipe

For clean cups and calm mornings. Bright, focused, like a deep breath before the day.

Ratio: 1:15 – Use 15g coffee to 225ml water
You’ll need: V60, filter paper, kettle, scale

Recipe:

• Bloom with 45ml for 30 seconds
• Pour in 3 slow spiral stages till 225ml
• Total brew time: 2:15 to 3:10 min (depending on the coffee and grind size)

Serve:

• Drink straight up
• You can top it up with ice and tonic if you want a refreshing twist to it.
