Ratio: Fixed (based on moka size) – approx. 1:6 to 1:8
You’ll need: Moka pot, kettle, scale (optional), towel
- Recipe:
- Fill base with hot water just below valve
- Fill filter basket with coffee (don’t tamp)
- Assemble, place on low heat
- Stop brew as soon as top chamber starts to fill (~2–3 min)
Serve:
- Drink straight up
- You can add frothed milk to it as per your taste.
