Easy Cold Brew Recipe

Slow but steady. Summer in a cup. Perfect for slow mornings.

Ratio: 1:10 – Use 20g coffee to 200ml water
(No scale? That’s ~4 heaped tablespoons coffee to 1 glass water)
You’ll need: Jar or bottle, filter or fine strainer

  • Combine coffee + water in a jar
  • Stir well, cover, and keep in fridge
  • Brew for 16–18 hours
  • Strain using:
    • filter paper
    • fine tea strainer
    • muslin cloth
    • or drip bag as a tea bag

Serve:

  • Pour over ice and sip
  • Or add 100ml tonic water for a bright, refreshing twist
