A Simple French Press Recipe
Full-bodied and cozy. Like a warm blanket and your favourite playlist.
Ratio: 1:15 – Use 15g coffee to 225ml water
You’ll need: French Press, kettle, scale, spoon
Recipe:
- Bloom with 45ml water for 30 sec
- Add remaining water and let steep
- At 4:00 min, break the crust and scoop out foam
- Gently plunge and pour
Serve:
- Drink straight up
- Or you can pour it over ice too
